QUALITY ASSURANCE

1. Technical advantages: We have more than 100 spa tub molds and more than 40 swimming pool molds, which have superior development capabilities and can meet customers' various needs. We are the first company among domestic counterparts to introduce robots to accurately drill, trim, position and polish molds to ensure production efficiency and exquisite products.

2. Acrylic sheet: Most of our products are made of acrylic organic materials, environmentally friendly and odorless, easy to process and form, and there are more than 10 colors for customers to choose from. We carry out strict tests on acrylic sheets in the United States, including testing their resistance to daily chemicals (to ensure that they are not corroded by daily chemicals), thermal stability (stable properties under different water temperature environments), and heat resistance , Color fastness (color can be maintained for a long time), appearance (ensure uniform color and appearance, no defects, burrs; cutting surface is not allowed to delaminate), thickness deviation tends to 0, the pros and cons of water absorption, and ultimately ensure that the product is excellent stable.

3.Imported water pumps and systems: The SPA swimming pool special pumps we use have been optimized for the pump structure and have strict quality inspection procedures to ensure that the products work better in high humidity and temperature environments. At the same time, we use the US BALBOA system and Canadian GECKO system, with long service life and more stable performance, and have after-sales service points in most countries around the world.

4. Assembly: When glueing the opening, we use imported glue, which has better waterproof effect and prevents water leakage. The skirt with skirt can effectively insulate, and the multi-layer insulation material brings consumers a detailed and intimate thermostatic bath experience. During the second waterproof test, we will fill the bathtub with water and run it. After the specified time, we will check for leakage. Then we will turn the machine 360 to drain water, and then manually wipe the residual moisture, and finally the automatic baler completes the packing work.
